HAIR.
The purpose of HAIR. It is to provide the public with an exhibition developed in a dark and mysterious environment, and with an art-science connotation.
Using as an element of artistic expression the human and synthetic hair, its hardness and softness, I elaborate hybrid objects and an installation, which evokes us to a surreal atmosphere where, the organic, inanimate elements are mixed creating new beings, and new mutant artifacts.
The installation is illuminated with low light creating an intimate aspect, altering our perspective of an element as beautiful and close to ourselves as our own hair.
The exhibit consists of an installation, as well as various objects installed individually at Flatland Gallery. 1709 Westheimer Rd. Houston, TX 77098
