Welcome to the Rev! The Rev happens on the last Sunday of every month (unless otherwise indicated) at Brasil Houston from 7:30-10:30 pm. Add Classical Revolution Houston to your See First list to be notified each time a Rev gets scheduled!
Look under the Discussion tab to find Meetup and Eventbrite links for those of your friends who don't use Facebook!
The Rev is free and open to all people, so bring your friends and enjoy some great music, company, drinks, and eats! This is also a family-friendly event, so don't call the babysitter - kids are our best fans! If you'd like to play, bring your instrument and your favorite sheet music, and a music stand and stand lights if you have them. If you don't have sheet music but would like to play something you know, send a message to Zelda Faith Music ahead of time and she will try to get it.
Performers get a free drink! Just ask the cashier to put your drink on the musicians' tab before you order, and please remember to tip them!
Friendly Reminders:
-If you have a stand, please bring it!
-If you have a stand light, please bring it!
-If you have music, please bring it!
-Please be respectful of everyone's property and make sure that no music gets left on the stands, the floor, or a dirty table. Take special care of separate sheets of paper. Make sure you take your own stand and not someone else's. You know the drill.
-Please tip the cashier, especially if you get a free drink!
-Include #ClassicalRevHOU when posting photos and videos of the Rev so that others can get a glimpse of the fun!
PARKING: The intersection of Westheimer and Dunlavy is usually full and chaotic, so the easiest option is to park in the neighborhood, like on Hawthorne, Harold, or on Dunlavy away from Westheimer. It's FREE! Just watch out for the No Parking signs (usually just near corners and driveways) and you'll be fine.
Don't be shy! Send your questions and/or suggestions directly to Zelda Faith Music. Find a little more info in our About tab: https://www.facebook.com/pg/ClassicalRevHOU/about
